Project: 750 sf ADU
Year: 2024
Serving many uses, this 750 sf ADU is a guest house, pool house, office and hang out! Having fun with roof pitches. The roof planes scissor to wrap a second story office space starting with the outdoor balcony and then ratcheting the volume larger with each step. With each step a mirror blurs the boundaries and reflects the view to the indoors. The house has a small kitchen and guest bedroom that also functions as pool house hang out. The bathroom serves both the guestroom and the pool with an outdoor shower off the side.
