Client had remodelled in October and three months later it was all gone. Eager to rebuild we preserved the footprint and exterior look but reorganized the interior to open up to the backyard and pool. Compare the two plans and you can see how much change can occur in a Like-for-Like rebuild. The original house was really nice, but with a little Bunch Design touch its better. Once this is approved the exact same plan can be submitted on a different lot saving time and money as it has been already approved. We call this our Doppelganger Program.
