Project: New Construction Duplex with Commercial Space

A project along the Gold Line in East LA. A commercial space fronts the street with a courtyard garden behind and a 2 unit residence intended for artists toward the back of the property. Each unit is approximately 1400 sqft including work space directly connected to main living quarter. Living quarter is a simple square volume with multiple cut outs (small courtyards) resulting in a series of loosely connected/defined spaces.
