Project: New Accessory Dwelling Unit

Year: 2021 (not happening, but still love it!)

A maxed out 1200 sf ADU with a 2 car garage and lots of balcony space for an elderly couple who love to bbq and entertain. Large balconies overlook multiple directions for different qualities of light. The house is a two bedroom and 2 bath house with a small elevator. The house is fully accessible for the couple with a small living room at the ground floor.
