A 750 sf ADU blended into the landscape towards the rear of the property. Built as a grandparent crash pad, the ADU embraces the backyard while also hiding a bit with its green heath tile and natural tones tucked in behind two amazing sycamore trees. The ADU is a simple “L” shape neatly fitting all of its program under a delicate origami like creasing roof that goes high towards the back of the property capturing morning light and goes low into the landscaped backyard blending with nature.
