Project: New 1000 sf home based on the Step ADU floor plan

The client hired Bunch for the pre-designed STEP ADU plan asking if that plan and configuration could be made into a home for her. Altering the pre-design a bit, she asked if the ceilings could be flat and that walls be open for her artwork collection.
