A new house in Echo Park with a home photography studio and an attached 1200 sf ADU in the front of the property. The ADU forms a form of gate with a courtyard and loggia brings you to the main house towards the back. The views off the back of the property toward the Hollywood sign are amazing. A two story tall space opens the house up to the rear of the property.
